WINE TASTING + BEER

Wine Tasting - Saturday June 10th 1 - 6PM

THE WINE TASTING EVENT

Join us behind the Pavilion Building on Saturday to taste amazing local wines between 1 and 6pm.

The Wine Tasting has been called the hidden gem of the Fairfax Festival. Are you a wine enthusiast who doesn't take yourself too seriously? Are you curious to sample organic/sustainable/biodynamic wines and discover which varietal matches your palette? At the Ecofest Wine Tasting, you will find that we undercharge and overdeliver.

A huge thank you to Good Earth Natural Foods for always supporting organic practices. Most of the wines being sampled at the Wine Tent can be purchased at the store in Fairfax or Mill Valley!

Biodynamic farming is one of the oldest farming methods that focuses on the land’s natural resources. The result is high quality fruit grown without the use of herbicides, chemicals, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or fungicides.

Preparations made from fermented manure, minerals and herbs are used to restore and harmonize the vital life forces of biodynamic vineyards, enhancing the nutrition, quality and flavor of the grapes. Many of our wineries adhere to biodynamic farming principles because they see it as an energy-management system that leads to healthy vineyards, high-quality fruit and enjoyable wines.
