Family-Friendly Fun at the Fairfax Festival

The Central Ballfield turns into a haven of family-friendly fun at the Fairfax Festival, where children can have fun and be creative, away from the crazy crush of the Main Stage.

This year, there will be face painting, woodworking, painting, crafts, activities for all ages, and much more.

We envision the baseball field to be a safe and fun place held by the local community...We need your help to achieve that!

Family Fun Tips

DO

Bring hats, sunscreen, & refillable water bottles! There is also room to set up your own shade umbrella

Picnic on the ballfield! It's a great place to hang with the family

If you want to participate in Dance Paint we encourage you to bring a separate change of clothes and use public bathrooms (long shirts available for purchase)

DON'T

Bring your dog! Only licensed service dogs allowed

Consume alcohol in the Family Zone

FAMILY FILM NIGHT

Friday @8:30pm

We get things started Friday night with a family friendly film, shown on Contratti Park Baseball Field at 8:30PM – or as soon as it is dark enough to show.

Come early and stake out a good spot…bring your blankets, low backed chairs, and your favorite movie food and beverages.
