Please send a check or money order for $425 to the Town of Fairfax.
Payment is due by March 31st or else the application isn't considered complete. However, the check will not be cashed until the vendor is accepted. If not accepted then the check is disposed of.

Do not make the check out to Fairfax Festival.
If you are selected and your space is confirmed, then your check will be deposited. Refunds are only given on a case by case basis.
The selection process will happen by April 15th. If you are accepted into the Arts and Crafts area, you will be emailed an invitation to join.
More information and details regarding set-up and breakdown at the festival will be emailed closer to the date.
